Product Description
Australian Wildlife Publishers publishes and sells magazines, posters and binders related to the Aquarium Keeper Australia magazine, as well as subscriptions to the magazine which are prepayments for future publications.

Shipping
All magazines are delivered via Australia Post, ordinary surface mail and despatched within 7-10 business days. Australian Wildlife Publishers expects that delivery should not take more than 5 business days, however Australia Post is responsible for the delivery of the products once they have been despatched.

Transactions
All transactions are in Australian Dollars. The shopping cart will calculate the total of the transaction, this will include all shipping and appropriate taxes. If the order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed within 2 business days, the balance of the order will be delivered within the usual timeframes and you will be charged for the total less the item that is not available (including all postage and taxes that relate to that item). Refunds and Returns
All sales with Australian Wildlife Publishers are firm and final and refunds and exchanges are not offered. Replacements may be offered, at the discretion of Australian Wildlife Publishers, if the goods are damaged on arrival. In these circumstances, Australian Wildlife Publishers must be contacted within 2 business days and the goods must be returned back to Australian Wildlife Publishers.
